If pulp necrosis occurs due to trauma in immature permanent teeth where the root have not fully developed, the developement of the root canal may stop or incomplete closure of the apical foramen may occur. Therefore, in immature permanent teeth requiring root canal treatment, complex factors such as root development, crown?root ratio, and long-term prognosis should be considered. Recently, revascularization, which has the advantage of inducing growth of the root canals, has been proposed as an alternative treatment. Revascularization is the concept of making the inside of the root canal sterile through intra?canal medications rsuch as Ciprofloxacin, Metronidazole and Minocycline, and inducing regeneration of permanent teeth by using stem cells with self?renewal and multi?differentiation capabilities through bleeding. In this case report, we would like to report two cases of revascularization of immature permanent teeth with pulp necrosis occurred due to avulsion.
